How do I open and close the Kiwibot door?

You can only open a Kiwibot door if you have placed an order.  If you have an active order and an assigned Kiwibot and are near your assigned Kiwibot, you should press the "Open" (door/lid) button. You will find it in the BiteU app or the tracker sent to you via SMS, and it will automatically open so you can pick up your food.
